30-day return policy Customers can return unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
Return shipping label Customers can request a return shipping label and choose to exchange the item, get store credit, or receive a refund. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and have the original tags attached.
Exceptions Discounted items may be final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are marked as gifts and shipped directly to the customer may be eligible for a gift credit.
